   • Who named me? Why am I named what I am? Does my name have a special meaning? Does everyone call me by the same name?
2. Traditions and Celebrations
   • Please discuss with your child the ways your family celebrates this like Christmas or Easter etc. Do you have any specific traditions you following like food, songs you sing, special guests, gifts etc.
3. My Interests
   • I like to read books about____ because__________. I like playing __________ because_____________. My favorite T.V. show is _________ because______. I would like to _______ when I grow up because _____.
4. My Birthday
   • Please discuss with your child ways your family celebrates birthdays. Do you have any birthday traditions? (Preparing a certain kind of food, singing a special song, special guests, gifts etc)
5. My Family
   • Who are the people in my family? Where do people in my family live? Where do/did my grandparents live? What are some things my family does together? The best thing about my family is…
6. What do I look like?
   • What colour is my hair? My eyes? How tall am I? How much do I weigh? Who do I look like in my family? Why? What did I look like when I was a baby? How have my looks changed since I was a baby?
